• Utilizing telemetry data to harass or target individuals maliciously.
• Submitting fraudulent reports or false metadata entries about users.
• Attempting to bypass, manipulate, or exploit the centralized ledger database.

3. Accuracy of Telemetry Data

While we strive for maximum database integrity, our intelligence synchronization is based on crowd-sourced community reports and localized administrative audits. **FiveM Tracker** holds no liability for enforcement actions executed by local server owners based on this registry data.

4. Infrastructure Availability

We aim to maintain 24/7/365 network operational uptime. However, our clearinghouse is not liable for data loss, query delays, or connection timeouts caused by server cluster maintenance or third-party hosting failures.

5. Privilege Termination

We reserve absolute administrative rights to blackhole or block any server node or clearance user from access pipelines if they violate these conditions or misuse the security report matrix.
